Your privacy matters.

This notice covers the KeepMyThings early access waitlist, a BillTheCole project.

What we collect

We store your email address, optional first name, signup time, and the time and version of your consent. To help prevent abuse, we temporarily store a keyed hash of your IP address and request counts. We do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request data to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your details to reserve your place and send an early access invitation and essential launch updates, based on your consent. We do not sell your information or use this form to enroll you in unrelated marketing. Signup does not create a paid subscription.

Storage and retention

Waitlist records are stored using Neon PostgreSQL. Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. We retain waitlist details until the early access process ends, you withdraw consent, or they are no longer needed. Hashed rate-limit records are removed after 48 hours during subsequent form processing.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent using the contact options at BillTheCole.com. Include “KeepMyThings privacy” in your request. Any invitation or launch email will include a way to stop further messages.

Cookies and imagery

This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The collector’s desk scene is illustrative artwork. The Mantle card photo was supplied by the site owner. Its decorative holder and displayed grade 6 are design concepts, not a verified grading certification, endorsement, or valuation.
